Shipping costs are now much easier, for orders to uk mainland small packages are only £1.50,  medium packages are only £2.50 and large or heavy packages are  £3.99 .. Don't  forget all your items are added together and the most you pay for delivery is just £3.99 for your entire order and if your order value is over £49.00 delivery is free!!

Free same day  local delivery

We still provide our free local delivery service..
Local delivery requests should be made by telephone.
To qualify for same day delivery your order should be placed by 3.00pm Monday to Friday and by 1.00pm on Saturday,there is no local delivery service on Sunday.
Area's included in our free delivery service are as follows:- Ferndale, Maerdy, Blaenllechau, Tylorstown, Penrhys, Stanleytown, Pontygwaith, Ynyshir and Porth.

Returns Policy

We will offer a full refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. You must email us within 24hrs of receipt of your order.Refunds will be less the original postage costs and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.We would recommend you return the item by recorded delivery. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in perfect order for resale.

If you receive goods which are faulty or damaged please inform us immedietly, these goods can then be returned, when we receive the item we will replace the item or provide a full refund, in this case we will pay all postage costs.  

Packaging

It is our policy to reduce waste whenever possible.Where we can, packaging received from our suppliers is reused to pack goods sent out. Please be aware that what's on the outside of the package may not be what's on the inside.
